Open Users
Go to your WordPress dashboard, open Users, then choose Add New User.
Create the agent account
Add a username, email, strong password and a clear name like Site Agent.
Choose the right role
Pick Author, Editor or Admin depending on what the agent needs to do.
Share login details
Give your agent the login URL, username or email, password, and exact task.
Do not give full admin access unless the job needs it.
Your agent does not always need the keys to the whole site. Start with the lowest useful role, then increase only when a task requires more access.
